Test summary - Three part user test
Tree Test using current Subaru navigation using ten (10) tasks
Open Card Sort using current Subaru departments
Tree Test using suggested Subaru navigation with information gathered from first tree test and open card sort
Top Findings
Certain departments are not called what users would expect them to be
Time spent on tasks and backtracking shows that efficiency in the current navigation can be improved
The new suggested navigation improves efficiency and confusion

In 2/3 of the tasks, participants showed signs of lostness

Mighty Moo e-commerce Prototype + User Testing and Evaluations
Mighty Moo sells ice cream made from organic ultra-filtered milk, increasing protein and decreasing calories/sugar, made from all natural ingredients sourced from local farmers, while still providing the rich ice cream taste everyone loves.
They recently started selling non-dairy options as a profitable way to diversify product, targeting a large and growing segment looking for dairy alternatives. Mighty Moo’s focus is less sugar and healthier alternatives with ingredients that consumers know.
This study shows the step-by-step process, from design brief > logo and brand guideline creation > wireframe > prototypes > user testing > evaluation and recommendations > to final prototype for the Mighty Moo Website.
